For Thanksgiving 🦃 and other Holidays and events, most people do more baking. Depending on the recipe, the pans often have to be lined with parchment paper. The round ones are easy to line but what about the other shaped pans such as rectangular or square?
When dealing with other shaped pans 🟪, the method is slightly technical but definitely not difficult. In this episode, I show you how to do it by Lining a Square Pan with Parchment Paper which is exactly the same technique for rectangular ones.

I place the prepped paper in the pan and then I fold the 4 flaps behind the long side of the paper. Simple, right? The reason is it keeps the batter from leaking behind the paper. It might not make too much sense but by watching the video, you’ll understand what I’m talking about.
