It’s really not obvious as we have so many amazing ones like Chipotle Stuffed Bronto Burgers, BBQ Beef Shish Kebabs, Grilled Marlin Steaks, Lamb Kofta with Yogurt Sauce, just to name a few…
 
When it comes to chicken 🐓, it’s still a hard choice. There’s Peri Peri Chicken, Chicken Boti Kebabs, Huli Huli Chicken, Beer Can Chicken, California Burgers, Gai Yang (Thai Grilled Chicken), Rotisserie Chicken… wait a second… Yeah, here’s another incredible one… my Caribbean Jerk Rotisserie Chicken!
 
This recipe is ridiculously simple! With only a few ingredients, this chicken is loaded with flavor from the Islands! With a gorgeous homemade rub along with a delicious sauce for basting, you definitely want to make it this summer 🌞. It takes about 1:15 to 1:30 hours to grill depending on the size, and here’s a really tasty chicken to enjoy!
 
To make this Caribbean Jerk Rotisserie Chicken, you need to make a couple ingredients first. There’s my Jamaican Jerk Seasoning that is used for the rub and then this incredible condiment… Caribbean BBQ Sauce which should be “a must” this summer. Both recipes are easy to make and you’ll have some left for further recipes.
