Wow! This recipe is simply loaded with deliciousness! With vegetables along with sirloin steak, seasoning and udon noodles, this is a satisfying meal! After the ingredients are prepped, it takes only 15 minutes ⏳ to cook and you’ve got yourself an amazing dinner.

As you know, I’m very meticulous when it comes to measuring. I could never stand looking at a recipe and seeing “1 large onion” or “3 carrots” – what size and how much? Measurements like these are inaccurate. Sometimes though, it’s hard to determine the exact measurement especially when making stir fries. When cooking at high temperature, it’ll probably need more oil at some point therefore we have to readjust and use common sense…
