With 94 days of summer this year, not only will we be enjoying the outdoors as much as we can but also its foods. Although we can have them anytime of the year, there are certain foods that definitely taste “better” during the warm summer months like… ice cream!

It’s incredible to see how many different varieties of ice cream certain parlors have to offer. Of course, many of them carry the most popular ones. I don’t blame them because business is business and obviously they don’t want to waste anything. On the other hand, when you make ice cream at home, you can create flavors that no one carries such as my Passion Fruit Ice Cream!
