Nowadays, I reduce my caffeine consumption considerably and make an effort to eat something, anything. It can be a fruit, beverage, cereals or some bread. It seems that smoothies are what I go for more often. It’s fast and so healthy just like this recipe… my Caribbean Smoothie!
It’s unbelievable that such a simple recipe can be so delicious. With a great combination of ingredients, this beverage is so tasty! Actually, this Caribbean Smoothie is one of my favorites! I like to use almond milk with coconut. I find it gives that little extra tropical flavor which enhances this healthy drink so remarkably.

I love fruits in the morning and this Caribbean Smoothie is a great way to enjoy them. It’s very refreshing, filling and uncomplicated… perfect when we’re still half asleep! It’s so easy to make so there’s no reason for not trying it soon.
